The Government of Castilla-La Mancha through the Instituto de Finanzas, is promoting and motivating the creation a regional Mutual Guarantee Company. This financial instrument comes to complete the last link of the financial structure in the region.

The constitution of this company as well as the Instituto de Finanzas motivating, have the support to seven importants banks in the regional financial market and too with the Businessmen Regional Confederation and, of course, the Instituto, alls support the share capital like partner protectors. However, will be the participant share who will contribute to the activity company and will be part in the major part of the Administration Boards and only for them the company can give guarantees and consulting.

Between signs more notables of this type of companies are its variable and mixed capital, this means that the participants share can to recuperate theirs capital when the guarantee is finished.

The company will be permit to the participants access to financing by the award a concession as well as technical or financial guarantee and other financial advantages like: consulting, realase heritage, not personal guarantees,… Also its activities are the negotiation about financial facilities to the small and medium-sized businesses and channel public subventions.

Actually the guarantee system is very consolidated in the rest of country, that is a incentive to the constitution. Also this type of companies are considerated like a bank, without profit, and since 1998 are supervised by the Spanish Bank and low its legislation.

When the number of participants will be already, the company will be present like one financial instrument complementary, useful and necessary to the regional small and medium-sized businesses for its financial objectives.
