Grupo Instituto de Finanzas de Castilla-La Mancha

1	To coordinate the financial activities of the
	Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha.
2	To offer advice in financial matters.
3	To represent the Regional Government in
	financial and credit-related matters
4	To offer treasury-, financial - and, especially,
	debt-management services.
5	To promote and maximise revenue-generating
	infrastructures and equipment.
6	To participate in projects and offer financial
	support for the promotion of businesses.

7	To serve as an instrument for the Regional Government
	with regard to assistance, technical cooperation,
	maximisation and resource management.
8	Other functions given it by the laws, statutes
	and undertakings designated by the Regional Gabinet
	or the Regional Ministry of Finance.

These laws empower the Institute to carry out any lawful activity aimed at the fulfilment of its objective and, to this effect, it has the right to sign agreements with sectors of Public Administration and private individuals and to obtain and manage the financing thereby required.
